ABSTRACT
The study enforced two therapies of cellulite which are the decompression therapy and the freezing therapy and the result of the study was as follows. It was known that the average value of the experimental group in the freezing therapy was reduced about 1~ 1.5㎝ more largely than the average value of the experimental group in the decompression therapy. Examining tendency of each experimental object, the experimental group in the decompression treatment appeared the effective reduction value placed too much emphasis on the abdomen or the lower part of the body while, on the contrary, the experimental group in the freezing therapy appeared an effective reduction evenly in the whole body. Specially, in the event of the axillae and the arms, the freezing therapy had higher value of reduction than the decompression therapy. The study had an effective reduction of cellulite in both experiments of the freezing therapy and the decompression therapy. Specially, the freezing therapy had an effective reduction of cellulite, namely partial fatness and had an effective reduction evenly in the whole body. Therefore, it was known that the freezing therapy was more effective therapy than the decompression therapy in the side of women's reduction in cellulite and women's health though the decompression therapy and the freezing therapy had a good effect on cellulite.
