Effect of Hata-yoga performance on the Health Status in the Middle Age Woman

ABSTRACT
Effect of Hata-yoga performance on the Cardiovascular function, Glucose and Health Status Response in the Middle Age Woman. The purpose of this study examines which Hata-yoga performance of middle age women effect on the blood pressure, heart rate, DP, glucose, and health status perception. Yoga Group(n=14) participated in this study did exercise 60min and 3times/week during 12 weeks. The measurement of BP, Heart rate(p<.05), DP(p<.01), glucose and health statue response(p<.001) was pre-exercise and post-exercise. Statistical analyses were carried out using SPSS ver 11.0. Paired tests were performed for each variable in pre and post exercise. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of this study was as follow; YG reduces more post-exercise than pre-exercise at BP, heart rate(p<.05), DP(p<.01), glucose( p<.001) and health status response(p<.001). Conclusively, Could know that Hata-Yoga performance was positive effect for BP, heart rate, DP, glucose and health status response. therefore, Hata-Yoga is thought that is effective exercise helping in wellbeing, spiritual, bodily and improves subjective health of middle age woman.
