Change in function and quality of life after Foot Reflexo-Massage Care among the female Cosmetologists in some areas -FocusedonSokchoCityAreas-

ABSTRACT
In this study, we measured and examined the changes in the pain o ffoot, the level of fatigue, and other health related quality of life after 13 female cosmetologists were being taken a foot-reflexo massage care for 8 weeks. The results of the analysis are as follows; First, the subjects' average age, height, and weight were 37.5, 165.2cm, and 55.47kg respectively. Second, measuring the change in pain using VAS, we found the decrease in pain and the rate of decrease was shown to be incremental, which is statistically significant. Third, the level of fatigue was declined and the scale of decline was expanded with the duration of experimentation extended. Fourth, in the quality of life, PCS and MCS were increased, which reflects the positive effects of the reflexo-foot massage care. Lastly, with this experimental and scientific research on the effects of the foot-reflexo message, it proved to be an effective and aviable approach to both health care and beauty related field in connection with healing and enhancing beauty of human beings.
