Comparison of the Consumption Patterns on Sales of Cosmetics in Door-to-Door and Discount store
ABSTRACT
I would like to research on the customer satisfaction between the cosmetics of door-to-door sales and the cosmetics of discount store sales. By using this paper, I can show the marketing strategy which based on the customer-satisfied results, also, I can systemize the study on distribution part realistically. I reviewed the difference of these company by the main concept of this research product, cost, service, salesman four factors. The result of this research is as following ; On the cosmetics of door-to-door sales, the cost factor caused the customer to the most satisfaction. The salesman factor was higher to give a satisfaction than other factor. On the cosmetics of door-to-door sales, the cost factor caused the customer to the most satisfaction. The salesman factor was higher to give a satisfaction than other factor. On the cosmetics of discount store sales, the cost factor caused the customer to the most satisfaction. However in this case, it could be suggested that the strategy of the two different distribution have more competitive abilities against other cosmetics distribution companies.
