ABSTRACT
This study on the organic relation among the body parts by the portion through analysis on the change in sole pattern after selecting the 10 female subjects in the 40's and performing the care of back muscle facia. To examine the sole pattern change before and after caring the back muscle fascia, the comparative analysis was done against those changes in hallux valgus angle, arch angle, hallux angle, metatarsal phalanx angle by collecting footprints from the subjects. In the test of hallux valgus angle, the measurements showed an increase of 7.30.30˚ and 6.70˚ for the right and left feet and through which the back muscle fascia care gave some influence on the incremental angle of hallux valgus, revealing a value of P<.001 with the statistically significant result. In the test of the difference in arch angle, the right foot had an increase of 10.20˚ while the left foot was indicative of 13.00˚ up. From this, both feet were found to be increased in the plantar arch angle with a significant value in P<.001. With the practice of back muscle fascia care, the significant results were obtained for all such research categories as hallux valgus angle, arch angle, hallux angle, metatarsal phalanx angle. From these findings, it was concluded that the care of back muscle fascia has an organic relation with other parts of the human body and proved that the individual portions of it are not solely independent but closely correlative among them. With this supportive background, the output from this work would be helpful for the theoretical establishment in performing the caring method for back muscle fascia and for the health care of many people.
