As for blood lipids, LDL-C, TC, TG showed decrease in contrast A group, exercise B group and dietary C group after the experiment; HDL-C increased slightly in exercise B group only. As for 3D body form change, circumference of the right thigh and calf showed a decrease in exercise B group In addition, the right and left thigh circumference (p<.05) showed a decrease in diet C group, and a decrease in waist circumference (p<.01), too. Therefore, this study demonstrated that specific body part management is necessary; that the synergy effect of lower body form management is expected for beauty care. If exercise, diet and a healthy lifestyle are provided at the same time; a more appropriate and healthy management program is developed for female lower body management.
