| ABSTRACT |
|
In this study, Hexaes, Ethyl acetate, BuOH, H2O fraction were obtained from EtOH-extract of Prunus serrulata var. spontanea. Scavening activity of DDPH radicals, activation of inhibition of peroxidation by using methyl linolenate, SOD like activity, superoxide scavening assay were performed to screened to determine antioxidant activity from these four fraction. The each fraction showed there was a little different antioxidative activity in scavenging activity of DDPH radicals, activation of inhibition of peroxidation by using methly linolenate, SOD like activity, Xanthine oxidase superoxide scarvening assay. All Ethyl acetate fraction and BuOH fraction from folium and the young stem showed more antioxidative activity than different fraction. There result suggest that these fraction could be possible to use as a raw material for a natural antioxidative agent in cosmeceuticals.
