The return rate was 85%. 610 questionnaires except 36 ones including dishonest responses were finally analyzed. And 203 of them said that they worked for more than 10 to less than 12 hours. 356 of the respondents said that they worked for 6 days a week and 190 said that they worked for 5 days a week. 61.8% of the respondents showed the turnover intentions as to whether they had the intention to change their present workplace or quit it. And they responded that "They would quit their work after one to less than 2 years". An investigation into the cause for changing their workplace or quit it showed that 63.0% of the respondents pointed out dissatisfaction with the working hours, followed by dissatisfaction with (60.7%) and heavy workload (53.9%).
