The Influence of Foot Reflexology Therapy using an Essential oil on the Fatigue degree, an Emotion, Anti-Stress.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this experiment was to study anti-stress of the personal fatigability, measurement of sleep, an emotion, satisfaction through an equipment of brainwave before and after the test for the two groups. The experiment group was applied an essential oil and the contrast group was applied carrier oil. This research has been performed from Feb.2 to Mar.1, 2011 to the two groups to study foot reflexology therapy. They were totally 16 in the age between 20 ~ 50. The foot reflexology therapy was performed to the contrast group which was only applied Jojoba and the experiment group was applied essential oil in the ratio of 1:1:1. The collected data were verified in attentive standard 5 % using SPSS WIN 16.0 Program and the concrete data analysis method showed the average differences between before the experiment and after it. And the statistics technique was responding sample T-verification. The result of after the foot reflexology therapy showed the meaningful differences in the personal fatigability and sleep Experimental group(p<.01), Control group(p<.000), an emotion(p<.05), satisfaction both the two groups. It also showed meaningful differences in anti stress through the equipment of brainwave in the two groups before and after experiments(***p<.000). These experiment show that the therapy is very effective in promoting health and more study is required.
